Zante is the jewel in the crown of the Greek lads holiday scene. It has an established set-up for you and your mates to explore and has all of the ingredients to ensure that your lads holiday goes off with a serious bang! You’ll want to get to Laganas – on the south coast of the island - and home to some of the liveliest bars and clubs in Europe. This is where the parties happen and you and your mates can really get stuck in! As well as the world-class nightlife, Laganas is also famous for having one of the longest beaches on the Med. At 5 ½ miles it’s the perfect place for you and your mates to find a quiet spot to chill out the morning after and kick back until it’s time to start warming up for your next big night out...
The nightlife...
Bars
Zante has over 100 bars. They are all pretty close together, so it’s be rude not to try to have at least one drink in each of them while you’re on the island! If you fancy a classy bar, which is literally on the beach and has panoramic views of the ocean, then head to Buca Bar: the perfect place to watch the sunset over the Ionian Sea (and check out who’s about that night...!). If you’re after a ‘fishbowl’ (work it out!), and another cool beachside venue then head to Cubanero’s – also home to the world famous Hed Kandi Beach party – kicking off at 2pm... Better pace yourselves!

Ghetto club has a fully up-for-it vibe with hundreds of groups of lads and ladies heading there for cocktails, organised drinking games and general debauchery! If you’re into ‘serious’ clubbing, then head to Barrage, where guest DJs support the local crew and will keep you, your mates, and loads of glammed up ladies on the dance floor all night. For the biggest clubbing experience on Zante though, you need to head to ‘Rescue’, where they have massive party nights: girls dancing in cages and mind-blowingfire shows!

The daytime...
If you’re not chilling out on the beach, then there are plenty of activities that you could have a go at with your mates. Several companies offer scuba diving – you don’t need to be qualified – and the turtles just off the beach are pretty cool. If you head to the other side of the island you can rent Jet Skis and go paragliding, or hire mountain bikes and take on some of the island’s extreme trails...
Getting there and staying there
Zante is a popular summertime destination for Brits (that’s why you’re going!), so you can fly there from most airports in the UK. Once you’re there, we'll get you to Laganas – about a 15 minute taxi journey – and begin the lads holiday of a lifetime! Accommodation options are pretty varied, but if you don’t expect the Ritz, then you won’t be disappointed. All of the accommodation is functional and will be fine for you and your mates to get ready and have a laugh about the night before
